I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. He's been our vet for 16+ years.

We've been going to Dr. Champlin for about 16 years and recommend him without reservation. He is a caring person and a wise and skilled veterinarian. He's conservative in treatment; he won't just ";throw" medicine or surgery at a problem until he knows exactly what is wrong; he's always a champion for what is best for our dogs. With Dr. Champlin we've been through medical testing of potential members of our family, illnesses, routine care, and merciful release when nothing else can help them. He's never let us or our dogs down.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
