I feel totally confident taking my two cats to Dr. Janet Henkel and her staff. Everything is explained for every procedure and Dr. Henkel makes sure that every step of a procedure is thoroughly understood. Additionally, she is compassionate and caring and extremely knowledgeable (something I have not been totally sure of with some vets).. She also understands that the owners, as well as the pets, need to be addressed as we (I) do tend to get "rattled" when taking in a loved pet!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
