Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

This is my vet from now on! Dr. Gill and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated! I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They have grooming available also and they do an excellent job!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was seen rather quickly. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They have always tried to accomodate me if it was after hours ot if they couldn't I was referred to someone who could address my pets needs! They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Dr. Gill has been doing this a long time, he definitely has a love for animals! I feel like he does what I need for him to do for my pets and is a reasonable doctor who doesn't put you on a guilt trip if you don't spend a fortune on things that are not needed. He returns phone calls too, not the nurse, the doctor! That doesn't happen very often anymore!
