Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
