I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I usually have to wait on hold when I call them. It's pretty frustrating. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. After getting a puppy and it passing away a week prior I decided to try once more. I noticed the new puppy getting lethargic and vomiting. This happened the day after getting her puppy shots. After rushing pet to this place was informed the dog had parvo and treatment would be at least 3 days depending on how she responded to meds. After seeing estimate for treatment for almost 900.00 per 8 hour period there and then having to add in my regular vet cost to keep my puppy during day from 8am to 5pm. It would be about 4000 dollars for treatment to save the dogs life. I asked if I could do any sort if payment plan , most people do not have thousands just lying around. They told me no treatment was due at time if service. Or I pretty much was forced to sign my dog over to them for treatment or let the pup die.. I could not face letting a helpless animal suffer so I thought the only way to save her was to give her up. I called vet on the following day to see if puppy made it thru the night and was told that her new owner was not comfortable giving out any information on the puppy and that I relinquished her for treatment and would not be told anything about puppy. Oh yeah and all of this happening on my birthday... heck of a way to spend. Please never go here they are HEARTLESS AND ONLY CARL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT YOUR PET NOT YOU... THE ONLY REASON THEY WANTED MY DOG IS BECAUSE SHE WAS A RARE MIX BREED.....

I rushed my puppy in because she was dying. She was suffering and in A LOT of pain. I rushed in to sadly put my dog down. They made me wait THREE hours until my husband came with the money. They would hardly even talk to me until I paid. Then they treated my dying dog like trash. They had to pick her up and they way the nurse picked up my puppy made me bust into tears and I almost hit the nurse. I had to step out because I was so disgusted and sick. The ONLY reason I didn't just walk out was because my poor dog needed to be put down and be out of her pain. However it probably would have been faster to drive 10 miles father to another vet. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. They were extremely rude and made me feel like stupid person. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I didn't get to see the vet very long before they were rushed off to another room. The wait was absolutely ridiculous.

This place let my cat suffer. We rushed her there at 3 in the morning. They seemed put out when we got there. The first things out of there mouth wad money. My cats ga looked like it was gone. Looked like she was attacked by animal but she was hit by car. I was hysterica. They refused treatment on her until i could pay $950 deposit. This was on a Saturday. On Monday they hasn't even done xrays and my bill was $1700. They weren't even going to Ltake my cat to or regular very unless we paid. Well we got or cat and took her to her very. She had a dislocated jaw and her eye she lost sight in. But shes doing wonderful now. They let her suffer with her jaw for two days. They said she had a severe head injury but yet nelver did xrays on her head.they called me ten times a day for two days Hassling me about money.they are in for money not for love of animals.

This place should be reported to BBB. Do NOT ever take your pet there unless you want to be made to feel guilty and spend ALOT of money for unnecessary diagnostics for a dying elderly pet. They would not send vet in to talk to me unless I paid up front. They would not take my word that my vet sent me & she need euthanasia. (it was a Saturday and a snowstorm). IF they ran diagnostics to determine if her condition was fatal, THEN they might put her down...ummmm. $800 later... thanks but no thanks.
A money grubbing bunch of evil people...my opinion
Dumb Friends League was AWESOME the next day.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Mainly the worst part was over memorial day weekend, on
Thursday night, 2012 one of the Vet Techs during the visit was so awful and rude to me, i started crying, and asked to talk to a vet. She grabbed my very sick dog, and jerked her into the back, which it is customary to do the exam in the exam intake area, but since she was in such a bad mood, and i was in no situation to take it, she felt the need to not do the normal protocol. She was even rude while I was calling for directions. She was so nasty rude and mean to me, and continued yelling at me, even tho i repeatedly asked her to lower her voice and quit yelling, because my dog was so sick and shaking. She responded with "this is how i talk" I have never been around such a rude, heartless individual, especially in the face of such a traumatic situation as having a very sick dog. If she doesn't like her job she should look for a new one. She continued being rude even during check out, and she knew i was expecting a fax from my dogs health insurance company, and she continuer to "fax" documents out on the machine, making me wait till she was done with her work, before allowing the machine to receive the incoming document i needed to sign, before i could take my dog to another follow up day time vet to continue her IV Drip line, because this clinic closes during the day, when regular vets are open. She was beyond the realm of comprehension.
