Karen Sutton likes a person.
Dr. Linda Hayles is a friend, and a vet, and you feel it as soon a you meet her. She will tell you what you need to know and hear, but she knows how and when you need to be educated about your beloved pet. In other words, she gives her wisdom hand in hand with a heart that knows our love for our pets, our need and capacities to handle knowledge of the life and death of beloved animals, and this wonderful person will hold your hand through whatever times you are facing. She is funny, insightful, gentle and wise. I cannot recommend this caring vet more to you out there who may need her in the future. Thanks, Dr. Hayles, for being here for us.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was this animal hospital's staff friendly?
Yes, they went above and beyond
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet?
Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
