WE LOVE Dr. Thistlewaite! We have had to call him numerous times on weekends and holidays, because apparently that's the only times our dogs get hurt, and he always meets us at the clinic within 20 minutes and tends to our needs. Amazing man, and wonderful veterinarian. :)

dr pat has been the best vet and friend and neighbor ever !! Ive seen him care for animals that owners had or had no money. He is a GOOD no Great man !! He has a heart and compassion for animals. I say a small prayer for him and ms susan each and every day ! I love that family and they love mine !! God blesses people like them !!!

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
