Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I live in Nashville and still drive to Doc Jones' office for anything other than shots for my dogs. I have been using Doc Jones for more than 15 years. (he was a kid.then...LOL) He loves animals and can diagnose and heal them when no one else can

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm not used to veterinarians not providing food and water for pets, but they don't here. They'll get it for you but you have to ask several times before anyone actually does it. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Doc Jones is the Best Vet in at least a 200 mile radius... I live in Nashville now and I still return to Hazel Green to take my dogs on anything important. I had a Black Lab that I took to 4 Vets in the Nashville Area and I finally took him to Doc. Jones, within 3 days he told me my precious Max had Cancer when the others had no idea!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
