Left another local vet for,up charging and adding diagnostic testing without calling me for approval. Dr. Deriso and his staff have always treated my family and our pets with respect and compassion. Best change I could have made.

Honestly I do not even feel they deserve one star. Staff shows no compassion. The receptionists are rude and the Veterinarians are even worse. Veterinarian expects to tell you diagnosis and does not want you to ask any questions or have any concerns. Just give the money, do the procedure, and get out!!! During my childhood they were a neighborhood friendly Vets office. Definitely not anymore. Give them the money and move along seems to be their new motto. I noticed a complaint on these reviews and I also will be contacting the BBB in reference to this matter!

I could not have found a more compassionate vet office...all the staff are "angels" and were always smiling, friendly and helpful. They even took time in their busy schedule to "chat" with me. All my pets were treated with love. Their examinations were always thorough and their rates were very reasonable. I had to relocate back to Florida and sorely miss the staff. All I can say is the entire staff was extraordinary.
