We found this to be the best clinic we have used in McKinney. Far superior to care in two other clinics used. A good thorough exam, reasonable rates. What a relief to find someone we have confidence in. Will continue using them.

Don't let a couple of anonymous reviews keep you from visiting this vet. They have always been pleasant to deal with and I never once thought that my pet's health wasn't the most important thing on their minds. My previous vet was always trying to sell me something, while this vet is only concerned with my pet's health and will offer lower cost alternatives when possible. It also helps that they are only a few blocks from out home.

Their receptionist staff is not friendly at all! I never felt welcome there. They do not listen at all. I would never visit them again. I am very disappointed.

The office has made multiple mistakes with paperwor. I tried to be forgiving and give them many second chances. But after the fourth mistake, I realized it was time to find another vet. One major mistake involved a medical emergency with my dog and I was surprised that they would handle the paperwork for it in such a poor manner.
