They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm not used to veterinarians not providing food and water for pets, but they don't here. They'll get it for you but you have to ask several times before anyone actually does it.

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
