They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need.



















I've even showed up early.

I recently had the unfortunate need of Dr Brooks' pet cremation services. During the process, from the first phone call, to picking up my pets ashes, I had the opportunity to meet and/or speak with the Doctor and two other people that work there. While I hope I NEVER have to do this again, I was even more astounded at how much they cared. It is enough for me to continue using their Vet services for my surviving pet and to let everyone else know how good they were both to me and to my deceased friend.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The examining rooms at Brooks Veterinary Service's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
