To the Wonderful Staff at Lifetime Animal Center

I was Blessed by God to have been sent to your clinic on the 07/10/13. Letting go of Zues after 16 yrs. was one of the hardest things I have had to do. Although I was hurt & outraged by the treatment I received at Dr. Means office, I am now glad it happened. Because God sent me to your clinic. You all treated me like a friend, not a stranger.

You all made it so much easier and more compassionate for myself & Zues. All weekend I prayed Zues would pass in my bed asleep at home with me. God knew that I wanted more than a impersonal, cold examine room or floor, to let go of Zues. He served so much better than that.

I can't tell you how much it means to me, to have Zues go in my lap, quietly with people who have empathy for me. I would have had none of that at Dr. Means office. And then today the 07/11/13, I receive a condolence card form your clinic signed by all of you, it was such a wonderful surprise & will be kept as part of Zues memorial.

Thank you all so much for making this a beautiful memory, than the nightmare it could have been at Allpine clinic. I will never forget your compassion & kindness. Lifetime is now our animal clinic of choice. I still have a 13 yr.old pup of Zues. I know Cesear, (lab/bulldog mix) will be well treated at your clinic & he will have the same compassion when it is his time to go. Again, Thank You so much, it has been a great pleasure to meet the staff at Lifetime.

I would not take your animal here. The doctor was rude and condescending and charged tripple the cost of the estimate without trying to work with the price. grossly overpriced. i dont reccomend this place at all. the staff all seem lost and not knowing what they are doing.

Great Choice. We've been taking our dogs and cat there for about 3 1/2 years. I haven't had any issues, they seem to really like the animals and have always explained everything very well to me. I get e-mail reminders for appointments which is nice so I don't forget. When my dog had to have surgery they were very informative and compassionate. The doctor's seem competant and well informed.

I am new to the Warrensburg area and brought my dog in for a minor issue and was treated so badly I left in tears. I should have got a referal from a friend before taking my dog here, They barely gave me any information at all and were very rude and snippy.. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was very uncomfortabe during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more kind.
