Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I went here to treat my dog that had some build up in her ears and some sores around her mouth and they wanted to charge me $320. I told them no way but got some antibiotics until I could find it somewhere cheaper. They still charged me $55 for a 20 pills. After the pills ran out, I went to Affordable Pet Hospital off of Hageman and Coffee and they gave me all the treatment and medicine she would need for $172. They even refilled her antibiotic, gave me twice the pills and only charged me $19 for them. Animal & Bird Hospital was such a rip-off in addition, the receptionists were unkind and I could barely understand the doctor.
