I drive to Newcastle from Edmond to take my dogs to Dr Darrow. She does a great job - nothing unnecessary - and gives detailed, easy to understand explanations and directions. It's worth the forty minute drive across town to see a vet I trust.

while the vet service is good, their grooming service is a little to be desired for, they always seem to have a different groomer and yesterday when i took my small dogs to be groomed, i asked for a bathe, trim had to drop them off btwn 7-9 got there at 8 wanted to pick them up at 12, got there at a little after 12, they were still being dried, no trimming done, trim is paws, around their eyes, their belly and behind. They didn't receive what I asked for and I still had to pay full price for just a bath, I could have done that myself and saved me some money. why were they there for 4 hrs and only got a bath, I understand that there are other dogs but this is ridiculous, I will not use them again for my dogs to be groomed and I am not a happy camper. The groomers name was Jennifer and if she is ever there you can guarantee my dogs won't be groomed by her
