Dr. Lee Darch has been caring for our Furbabies for 38 years & counting. He is very knowlegable, dedicated, compassionate & provides outstanding care always. Dr. Darch is in Veterinary Medicine for the love of animals he has Never been about the almighty dollar always about the animals & what is best for their health & quality of life. Dr. Darch is very respectful, understanding & caring with the Humans of the animals as well. Our experiences & the care we have received from Dr. Darch has been outstanding. We highly recommend taking your Furbabies to him. Dr. Darch is a # 1 Vet, Best Ever! This man is one of a kind an example of what is lacking in many people & Veterinary Doctors today!!! There is going to be an extra special place in Heaven waiting for this man! We can not thank him enough or praise him enough. Again go see for yourselves our furbabies love him & we trust him completely with meeting & exceeding their needs.

Dr. Darch has been caring for Our Furbabies since 1982. He is the most caring, extremely knowledgable, Vet you will ever find. Dr. Darch never is overpriced, never money seeking, & has ALWAYS been able to diagnose , treat & cure Our Furbabies. We wish he could treat Humans too.!
We highly recommend Dr. Darch for any of your Furbabies needs whether sick or wellness checks to prevent sickness Dr. Darch is #1 , 100% the Best!!! We cringe when Our Furbabies are sick enough to require Vet. Care & Dr. Darch is unavailable as we know from experience other Vets will be a waste of time, tests that were not needed, overcharged double( lucky) most of the time it's triple or more in fees just to walk away with no diagnoses or wrong diagnoses & take Our Furbabies to Dr. Darch the minute he is available for accurate diagnoses & treatment.
We Love Dr. Darch & Our Furbabies do as well .

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Darch in Kittrell since 2014. He hasn't failed us yet. He is down to earth and straight forward. I don't take my dogs anywhere else. My entire family loves Dr. Darch. As far as we are concerned he is the only Veterinarian to go to.

Take all my animals, Dogs and Cats, to Dr. Darch, followed him to Kitrelll after he sold his office in Wake Forest, now travel 35 minutes to his office because the man is an amazing vet. Completely trust him with my animals. He has never lead me wrong in their care and he's priced well. Staff is also incredibly caring and wonderful.
