We had a 16 yr old black lab. Her kidneys were shutting down. The staff always answered my calls and questions. When we finally brought her in to be euthanized, they were very considerate. They gave us the privacy we needed and time to grieve. The vet was sympathetic and helped me to know that we were doing the right thing for our pet.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
