Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Dr. Baetsle is awesome! He is so friendly and he really took care of my dog. Dr. Baetsle is very smart and he takes the time out to talk to you and expain things. I had come to this office for some tapeworm medication for my dog, my dog also has discoid lupus, but I was not there for that, just the worm medication. Dr. Baetsle noticed the lupus right away, helped me with new medication and a new regime different than the last veterinarian I had been using for a few years, and my dog is doing the best he has ever been!! Thank God! Dr. Baetsle is terrific and I highly recommend him to everyone that has a pet. And he is the best veterinarian I have ever dealt with, by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable. The staff is also friendly and treats pets as if they are a part of the family. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone.
