They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them.
