I've been coming to the Pet Connection for eight years and have always had a good experience from the staff to the Doctors. Even in emergency situations they were prompt and made me feel comforted. I would recommend them and wouldn't want to go any where else.

The pet Connection is truly the only place I will take my precious Lily B! The staff sincerely cares about my pet and her needs. They are helpful with any questions I may have. The groomers are professionals; the vetreinarians are caring, and the staff is awesome!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

We dropped off our American Eskimo for a shampoo and pedicure and to have a small amount of fur trimmed off his rear end for cleanliness. The groomer, Pandora, gave our dog a buzz-cut. She cut off his ruff and most of his outer fur, and shaved his stomach and genital area down to the skin. She also shaved off his rump down to the skin. It has taken7 months for the dog's fur to grow back. We found evidence online of 5 separate drug busts for this groomer. We think you should avoid this place at all costs. When I asked the groomer why she had shaved and buzz-cut my dog, she said she was "tidying him up!" The vet who owns this place would not respond to a letter I sent him. We never even got a refund of our $65 fee for this so-called grooming in which our dog's coat was butchered. NOBODY cuts an Eskie's fur like this. You are never supposed to cut an Eskie's fur.

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
