They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
