It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
