Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital?
Yes

Their office has always been quiet and calm. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.. The vets are outstanding, and they do a good job explaining what they're seeing in the echocardiogram. The office sends reminders for follow-up exams. They never separated my pet from me or even from the other pet that we brought along for "moral support." I tried to give them a 5-star rating but the system would only allow 4.5 stars.
