BCLAC has taken care of our horses and a few barn cats for nearly 20 years and we have always been happy with the level of care, compassion, and friendliness of the vets and office staff. As with any large animal vet, sometimes we have to wait for them to arrive because they are taking care of an emergency elsewhere but they get to us as soon as possible. They were especially caring when we had to say goodbye to our 30 year old Morgan, as well as a very much loved Quarter Horse. They knew our horses and how much we cared about them. I know I have the best vets around.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will continue to have Dr. Ennis as a Veterinarian for our animals as long as she is willing! She is personable, professional, sincere, and kind. I am pleased to know her. Her staff is excellent also. The secretary is phenomonal, and always goes above and beyond to provide detailed, accurate information. I would absolutely recommend this Veterinarian, and I do!!!

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
