We recently moved to The Colony and took our cat in for needed booster. We were quoted one price over the phone but were told the receptionist doesn't know pricing and it was 25% more than the phone quote.
VERY big on up-selling services! Tried to sell us everything under the sun (tests etc) and makes you feel like you don't love your animal because you said no. Extremely arrogant and talks down to you. I may drive 26 miles back to my previous vet he was great, knew our cat and actually cared for her and not just his pocketbook.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

This vet is SO OBNOXIOUS. He'll talk for hours if you let him, and is very condescending when he does. He feels like he has to explain every little detail of pet ownership to you, even obvious stuff he's told you 50 times before. He also peddles pills and treatments for absolutely everything, especially the special food- and that stuff has never helped a pet of mine. He'll get you to bring in your pets for routine checkups and tests just to find something new to treat, even when your pet is doing fine. Even people don't give themselves that much treatment!

He talks so much about inane things and is such a pill pusher that I wouldn't be surprised to find out he was a robot.
