They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough. . My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They definitely failed to answer all of my questions. I left with an improper diagnosis, was $400 poorer and my pet nearly died in the next 3 days. Wrong diagnosis, wrong prescriptions, etc.
