The care thsy give is good however they are OVERPRICED! We were forced to go here to have oyr dog fixed because this is the one that the rescue used. Since we had adopted and having the little guy fixed the only thing we had to pay for were the pain meds for him. $38 for 4 pills!!! OMG!! I the prices for same meds else where. .. 49 CENTS EACH!! The charged 9.50 per pill...a 9.01 profit per oill. Are you freaking kidding me. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THIS VET!

I took my dog in because she had been mauled by other dogs she was bleeding profusely.it was an emergency I was turned away because there was only one vet there.... I will NEVER ever go there again and will not recommend them to anyone. They didn't even look at her.....thats how much they care

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I have been coming here for years. The vets that are here have done a good job with my dogs. Their staff on the other hand for years now has become less desirable, rude, make snide remarks and have quite an attitude. They always feel your bothering them. I and my family have been nice, only to get that type of service. I know many others that get the same reactions with them. The Vets are good, but their staff is rude and never help. Your animal is bothering them and no care. My current dog started to get spooked and was uncomfortable going. I recently stopped going and went to other vets and what a turn around with my dog. She does so much better and granted the Vets are missed, the rude staff is not. I recently called to check on some paper work for my dog where I was rather nice only to ask for a simple validation on some paper work where I received a smacking of lips with this huff, very uncalled for. With attitude because I have not seen them in a certain amount of time. That was the final straw. I will never again let any of my pets be tended to this place. I advise the same. My dogs deserve more, and so do the owners who love their animals. I am rather surprised this place is still in business where a few others nearby do over and beyond to care for your pet and frankly… you. Don’t waste your time with these people. Perhaps the vets will get the message.
