After using a few other vets in the area, we finally found one we love. The office is well maintained, professionally staffed and Dr. Shideler is wonderful. He's great at diagnosing without all the very expensive tests. We HIGHLY recommend the Woodlawn Animal Hospital. We are so glad we found them.

In my 30 years of taking my pets to veterinarians I would have to say
Dr. Gordon with Woodlawn Hospital is the most compassionate doctor I've ever met. After taking my cat to 2 vets within a 2 week period he was able to zero in on what was going on. Even though my cat passed away Dr. Gordon and his staff went above and beyond to save him. I will always be grateful for that.

The staff at Woodlawn are so kind and knowledgeable.

I would recommend Woodlawn to anyone.

Prefect for my fur babies, one has a really bad allergy and we had seen 3 or 4 Vets and none of them knew what to do. I took him to Dr. Shideler and he took one look and told me what he could do. I trusted him from the first time I saw him and he corrected my baby's problem. Now I have 2 fur babies and I would not let anyone else touch them.
His wife and staff are the best, so caring and understanding with our fur babies and me. Always very clean and a very short time wait.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. This provider is top notch! I've visited others in their field and I rate this one as #1.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
