I found this doctor to be arrogant and rude. He definitely does not like to be contradicted in any way. He clearly does not respect other doctors. I also found that he and his staff pushed their extremely expensive facial products. For instance, when I asked for a facial peel, his staff told me I needed to be on their products for at least 4 months first – even though I had been under the care of another plastic surgeon for almost 2 years, using similar products (same medicine and strength, just a different brand name). That surgeon moved away or I would have stayed with him.

Yes! They gave me detailed, written information about their policies
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
