No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The office in Pawling is warm and Dr. Fella is very attentive to your needs. She is caring , a good listener, and an excellent chiropractor! The office staff in the Hopewell office makes you comfortable as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is both friendly as well as professional. I would reccomend her without any hesitation.

The two doctors in this practice are wonderful-very caring, very smart, and both have so much advanced training to use. I have been a patient there for nearly a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else. There is so much more in this practice besides chiropractic-they have a multi-faceted approach that works! They are also very focused on patient education and I have felt like my health care there is a true partnership, focusing on wellness.
They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming.

I was a patient of Dr. Fella's for months, until she started hiring "associates" and didn't tell anyone. You would have an appointment set and then show up to another Dr, with no notice. The other Dr (s) are fine, but it seems shady. Also she pushes a lot of vitamins and supplements, which honestly didn't change anything for me, except my bank account. She'll tell you she accepts most insurances, but she really doesn't, but she'll usually make it affordable some how. I've started seeing another chiropractor and now by comparison, i'd never return to Dr. Fella.

This is an excellent chiropractic office. The chiropractor is a sensitive, expert diagnostician who really listens and is very careful in her judgments. She will help you with issues you wouldn't think are related to chiropractic, such as stomach problems and headaches. Staff is nice and the place is organized, no long waits. The office was easy enough to find.
