Front office staff was fabulous, very personable. However, practitioner was sort of off putting. I was left in a cold, stark white room for the treatment. The environment was horrible in the treatment room and I got charged an arm and a leg.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was quite impressed! This office really took a lot of time and effort to make sure that there was no noise and that the environment was soothing. I will definitely be back, the ambiance couldn't have been better! I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It's a friendly place, and the treatment results were better than expected.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply. The restrooms at this clinic were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they were cleaned on a regular basis. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I want everyone to see just how great this acupuncturist is.

Definitely not; I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Did the acupuncturist pressure you to make more frequent appointments that you felt weren't necessary?
Definitely! They wanted me to come almost every day!
Does this acupuncturist offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Did this acupuncturist ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I found a different Dr. that was three centuries ahead of this person and will never mention her name again. First visit was top notch. Next two got nothing. Lost interest because I was not visibly suffering with whatever it is she usually likes to treat. Sold pills and had strange front office helper.
