No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!

Thank you Dr. Karen Rosen, Brenda and staff for taking such good care of my 9 year old daughter and her corneal abrasion. You provided excellent prompt medical care, empathetic to her pain from her injury, relieved her fear before treatment and relieved her pain quickly. We are so grateful for your help and professionalism and look forward to visiting again for routine eyecare.
