I have been a patient at this office for 10 years and have always had a wonderful experience until recently. Let me start by saying, the optometrist, Tricia Burroughs, O.D. is a WONDERFUL doctor and this is in NO way directed towards her.

This is about the office.. the employees out front. My most recent experience has been more than challenging and not that this should matter, but I am a cash paying customer as I do not have eye insurance through my plan. Every time I call I speak to someone different and no one knows what the other has done. I thought computers have helped in reducing confusion but apparently not at this office.
I have been waiting on glasses for 3 1/2 weeks only to be told today that they were never ordered. I have spoke to 4 different people in the last 3 weeks but still no glasses. And after being told today they still do not have them Jessica proceeded to tell me it was MY fault because SHE misunderstood.. what? Instead Jessica should have said "yes, ma'am you are right. I apologize for the confusion, I will get them expedited and I apologize for any inconvenience." THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE APPROPRIATE WAY OF HANDLING THE SITUATION, NOT BLAMING THE CUSTOMER!!!!!

This office used to be run well and efficiently but it is no longer being ran that way.. It's a shame because it is a beautiful office with a wonderful optometrist.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

I find it laughable that someone else said this office makes others look like beginners. This is the office that looks amateurish and was the least professional medical office I've ever been to. Now, to be fair, the exam and doctor were fine. But I had to order glasses. I was told it would take two weeks to get them. Well, after THREE weeks and no glasses, I called to check on my order. Rather than, you know, ACTUALLY CHECKING ON MY ORDER, they just automatically told me that the glasses would be in and not to worry. Anything to get me off the phone. A week later, now ONE MONTH from when I ordered them, my glasses still weren't in so I called to cancel the order. They told me I couldn't if the lab had already started on them. So, with the possibility of losing my money at hand, they finally got off their tails and called the lab, which they should have done a week earlier. Turns out the lab lost the order. Needless to say, I took my prescription elsewhere and had my glasses in FOUR business days. So, go to Rinkov if you enjoy waiting a month for glasses that never arrive and being treated like you're the jerk for asking about them. Go somewhere else if you want good customer service and prompt delivery of your product.
