While looking for a new eye doctor I came across Rinkov. Upon looking at their website I was really excited to make an appointment and get some new glasses from there. I was looking for a pair of frames that fit my face, were a little funky but still stylish and something that I would wear more than the ones that I have now. Being that my eyes are not that bad I do not have to wear my glasses very much but should wear them more than I do. So I called to make an appointment and was immediately disappointed. From the time the receptionist picked up the phone to the time that I hung up I felt as if I was bugging her and not worth her time. As soon as I told her that I needed to make an appointment and which insurance I had she told me that they were booked for the month. I then told her that was fine I could make one for next month because it was not an emergency. This is when she told me that they did not make any appointments for the next month until the first day of the month and only took appointment requests between 9am and 10am.When I asked if she was serious I was flabbergasted when she told me "Yes, we don't have time to make appointments everyday." After being told this I informed her that because of their policy on making appointments and her bad attitude I would be finding somewhere else to go. I am never one to make reviews on companies, especially not ones this long but I feel that the public as well as Rinkov should be made aware of how the staff is presenting the company to the guests that they should be happily serving. I mean it is us who pay their salary!
They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
