Dr Jones was very friendly and happy to answer all my questions. It is a good place to get your eyes checked. It is not a good place to buy glasses. The employee who sells the glasses only cares about the sale. She does not care about what condition they are or if they fit your face.

Office manager extremely rude. Liked Dr. Jones, but will not go back due to rudeness of the office manager. She got extremely angry and would not answer my inquiry on why my bill had increased $60 dollars. It seems that they charge you $60 for writing a contact script but not for glasses. They had never done this before. It would have been helpful if they had posted a sign stating this rather then surprise you on your bill. I wasn't even fitted, they just handed me a prescription! I now go to a different clinic with the rest of my family after being being clients for over 20 years. Sad they lost business for rudeness and the office manager would not allow me to talk to Dr. Jones about my complaint. Would not recommend them. Price too high. Found a very good Eye Doctor in the area who is much more reasonable and has a delightful and helpful office staff.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
