I have been going to chiropractors all my life. Needed an adjustment because I had just moved half way across the US, after packing up and unpacking two households, I needed help. He didn't want to help me unless I signed up for some kind of insurance, I was willing to pay for the adjustments myself. He wanted to do xrays, and put me on a program. This was much more than I needed, I just wanted to be adjusted, which doesn't seem to be a problem with most chiropractors. I finally got him to do two adjustments on a cash basis, he did as little as he possibly could, mind you I paid for xrays and the adjustments myself. I finally found a chiropractor in town that didn't require xrays and insurance, as a matter of fact, he didn't take insurance at all, he charged $25 an adjustment.

They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
