I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected Dr. Brice. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Brice really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told him where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area They even offered me plenty of samples of Bi-Freeze to take home to apply to the areas that caused pain. They were very calm and understanding the entire time.
