Dr. Zeigler performed surgery on my left great toe to remove a bunion in the joint. When I returned for follow up and explained I was still having pain in the joint he wanted for me to come for treatments twice a week for 12 weeks at $90 out of pocket for each visit. You do the math. I am now 2 years post surgical and not only still having pain in the joint, but my great toe is shorter than my other toes and crosses over the next toe. I now buy wide shoes for what started as a minor problem. I was having a little numbness occasionally. I wish I would have taken the occasional numbness over the pain and loss of toenail.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. The doctors are great the staff is very rude! The yell at you and they ask questions and when you answers truthfully they always ask "why did you say that!' They were discussing other patients right in front of me. The Medical Assistant never introduced her self and she slammed papers down on table; walked out slid the door closed so hard that it bounced back open! She came back about 5min later with a worst disposition then when she called me from the waiting room. Once I finish this treatment I will not come back
