If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They verbally agreed to give me a refund on a cancelled order of lenses. For some reason or another, almost three months later, they decided to submit documents to my card company to charge me again for lenses I NEVER RECEIVED. Their justification is that their receipts say all sales are final even though they verbally told me otherwise and they never told me about that policy before charging me. And they are using the fact that I had no proof against me.Why would they agree to refund me in the first place?

Conscientious, personable doctor who takes great care of my eyes. Fees are reasonable and his Boca Park location is wonderfully convenient. My spouse is now also a patient of Dr. Young.

Yes, I bought a beautiful new pair.

Definitely, she/he seemed very knowledgeable about all different types of contacts

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
