Susan Tracey helps set realistic, achievable goals and maintains a "can do" attitude, which really helps the client stick with the program. She works around problem areas and truly tailors the program to the client's needs and abilities. She also adjusts the program to keep it interesting and challenging.
Choosing Sue as my personal trainer was a great gift to myself and my health.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did this provider have bad breath?
Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Sue has helped me get into shape. I have never really exercised or liked to exercise and she has guided me in a gentle way and helped me get thinner and stronger. I was a size 18 and now am very happy to say I wear size 12!! I would recommend Sue to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
