The one thing I can always count on after being seen by this dentist is that I feel like they care for me as a person and not just a patient. Over the years he takes the time to explain everything that is going on and has gotten to know me. I grew up with a small town dentist who was who provided personalized treatment and this dentist does the same thing with fancier gadgets!

I can honestly say that this is the best dentist I have ever been too. You can tell they are very concerned with the overall patient experience and comfort. I will never go anywhere else for my dental work.

Dr. Shaftel is the most thorough dentist I have ever been to. The lady that cleans my teeth was gentle and gave me the best cleaning of my life. She even spent extra time showing me how to prevent gum problems in the future. Dr. Shaftel did a great job fixing my cavities and I cannot even tell that their were cavities there before.

I could never ask more of a dentist than what Dr. Shaftel has given me. He has restored my faith that dental treatment does not have to be painful or scary. He is the most patient and understanding doctor I have ever interacted with. He is a true artist.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
