The dentists and staff are extremely capable in all respects, and make every visit a joy -- really! I could not be more pleased with them on all counts.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Dr. Rose seems to be one of those dentists who wants to keep doing procedures until everything is absolutely perfect. That may or may not be an approach that is good for everyone, as it may take a very long time and may require many visits, etc. Questions about treatment plans are not always received warmly and may get met with what comes across as a "I'm the expert here so why are you asking?" kind of response. Dr. Rose is also not the most gentle dentist I've ever had work in my mouth. On the plus side, the staff is very pleasant and easy to work with, and the office is easy to get to from the Metro.
