I'm submitting a 3 star review only because of the Optical department service. The Doctor and wellness staff did a great job and are very thorough and deserve 5 stars, but the Optical department is slow and does not return phone calls. I've been a customer for several years and I have had the same issue every time I need glasses and have NEVER gotten a return call from a message left. I have to drive to the office to get answers. Going on 3 weeks from a 1 week promise and no contact from the Optical department
