Excellent at both massage and cranial sacral healing. I rely on her to keep my aging body in balance and functioning.

Shawn is a wonderful Massage therapist . She takes the time to get to know you and understand you reasons for being at her practice after which she takes time to explain what she feels you may need as far as therapy after listening to what you have to say then she goes even further by taking time to explain to you what she feels after she has worked on you and what she thinks you may need . Working with her is an all around therapeutic approach for you mind body and soul. The atmosphere is relaxing and Shawn herself is very relaxed making your experience totally wonderful.

Shawn is a very professional and talented massage therapist. The massage was extremely relaxing and eased the back pain I was experiencing.

When I asked questions, she was able to explain common reasons for the pain I was experiencing...for me it was posture while standing, working on a computer, and lack of core strength. She suggested some stretching exercises to ease my neck pain.

It was a very positive experience.
