The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
