I was immediately impressed by Jim. We sat and 'talked' before we began the therapy session. He sought to understand my needs and he does so every session. I've documented positive results in my health journal following every visit and I continue to improve with each subsequent visit. Initially I saw him for my shoulders as they would fall asleep at night disrupting my sleep. There is improvement here with each visit. He was able to resolve occasional severe chest pain that I experienced from December through March. I had consulted with a cardiologist and my primary physician regarding it without a diagnosis. I assumed it was heart related but obviously it was not. After three sessions I have been free of this pain for two plus weeks. I anticipate this to be my new norm. I had chronic pain in my ankle and outer foot. I had seen my primary physician and a podiatrist a year ago without resolve and had 'lived' with it as they could find nothing wrong. Jim resolved it in one session. There has been discomfort in the process of therapy but the outcome is worth the 'happy hurt' as he and I call it. I've recommended Jim to several of my friends and a family member is going to consult and see him for migraine headaches when she is in town in June. I will continue to refer others to Jim as he produces results from his knowledge, desire to understand, his strong warm hands and gentleness of spirit.

Jim is THE best massage therapist I have ever been to. He is kind, caring, and intelligent. Jim loves his craft and takes each client's situation to heart. My personal experience Chrysalis Health Integration has been amazing. I have been going in for about six months every couple of weeks because my legs were extremely sore and achy. I can't say enough about how much better my legs feel today. The massages that I get are very deep massages. Jim has been able to loosen up muscles that have been tight for years. He has a very well rounded education with TONS of experience as a therapist. I would recommend him to anyone!
