It's not just about loosing weight. I learned so much about food and different ways to cook. I tried foods that I never even heard of and now they're part of my everyday. The pounds melt off on their own because Linda teaches you what's best for you as an individual. I feel so good knowing that I'm doing everything I can to live a healthy lifestyle and when you feel this good, everything else just falls into place. Thank You, Linda!

I have known Linda Blau for over 20 years. During our work together, what she has taught me about what foods to avoid and what foods to indulge in has helped me transform my life. I have had Crohn's disease for 34 years and have suffered tremendously with semi-annual bouts of inflammation accompanied with weight loss, nutritional deficiency, and weight gain due to the use of steroids. I now am gluten, dairy, and almost completely sugar free, and she has taught me how to enjoy food again. I am now enjoying a long period of remission without the dangerous use of immune suppressant medication. My hair is healthier, I feel healthier, and I maintain a normal weight without large fluctuations. I find my husband is enjoying the benefits of more fruits and vegetables in our cooking as well. Counseling with Linda Blau for food evaluation and a change in lifestyle is something anyone who has had dietary issues of any kind should do. She will customize a plan specifically for you. Linda has helped me change my life. The process of getting healthy through diet, exercise and spirituality is a difficult and challenging journey. She is with you every step of the way helpng , guiding and picking you up when necesssary. My weight loss of more than 50lbs. is only a part of my success. Linda changed my life. I have lost 90 pounds, found energy I thought was lost and feel better than ever. I now exersise, take vitamins and eat foods that are proper for my body chemistry. Not only am I amazed, but everyone that sees me are also [ my doctor's included ]. Thanks to Linda, I'am a new man.
