Not only does Robert never postpone my appointments, he always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Robert in known all around the Chicago area asan absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. I felt that he truly valued my health and happiness, because he followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only was Robert able to provide everything he promised me, he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in caring, support and therapy.

Robert goes out of his way to make everyone feel equally respected, and cared for. He is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that he will give up on me if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. Robert is one of the kindest and most compassionate persons I have ever known. He is always there for me, day or night. Seeing him was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am so grateful to have him for my therapist.

Robert's office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever been. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, he takes time out of his day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. He is extremely reliable and kind.
Robert is very attentive to his patients' needs. He will always be there to support you. He always immediately returns calls and emails even if they are not urgent.
He has the best reputation in the chicago area because he is such a caring and kind person. You will be very lucky to have him for your therapist.
