They paid close attention to my child and my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.
