He's a charlatan. It's a mistake to trust him. He also keeps patients waiting for up to 4 hours. I cannot recommend him.

I was recently transferred from another doctor to this one. I saw a therapist on an initial intake a couple of weeks ago and today I was supposed to have an appointment with the doctor. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour and then when the receptionist finally called my name, she said that she had been looking for me for awhile but never even came into the waiting area to ask for me. The receptionist had no idea why I was there and who I was going to see. I was then told to go back and see the therapist I had spoken with two weeks ago to find out there was some sort of problem and the doctor could not see me. I missed half a day of work for this appointment. Somebody should be accountable.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Whenever I try to get an appointment with them, they are almost always booked or unavailable. It's frustrating trying to work my schedule around the times they have open. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. The worst experience of my life dealing with a unprofessional...lured patients in - tried to control their minds with what they were thinking and always on the defense - thought you were lying to him...got you hooked on suboxone and then closed his office and made you go threw withdrawals...what kind of doctor does this???

During my appointment, I never once felt listened to or understood. They didn't seem to care about anything I had to say. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
